We are committed to making sure your tee will get to you wherever you are, so we have a variety of shipping options to suit every customer’s needs. It will take us around 3 business days to get everything all set for you, and as soon as we have your product ready and packed we count on our delivery partners, USPS, FedEx and DHL, to place the package on your hands anywhere around the globe as fast as they can.

Our estimated delivery times are:
Anywhere within the USA – 3-5 business days
Canada – 5-10 business days
Anywhere else on the planet – 10-20 business days*


*It is important to remember that if you are outside the USA, you might have specific customs fees and procedures associated with your shipment, so we highly recommend that you inform yourself about your country’s policies in order to avoid delays or surprises. Please note that customs fees are not included in the amount you are charged for your order, and we do not take responsibility for any fees or procedures that might be required of you in order for your shipment to clear customs in your country.


As part of our philosophy, we will do everything we can on our end to assure you get all the assistance you may need. In case you don’t receive your product in the estimated time, touch base and we will be ready to help. But first, check your order confirmation and make sure all the information is correct. We can’t take responsibility for your shipment if you entered incorrect information on the form. We will promptly send you another order to the correct address upon request, but you will have to be charged for the new order* and shipping. In case all the information you entered was correct, write us at providing all the information about your order and we will handle it right away.


Returns and Refunds

If you believe we’ve made any mistake about your order, let us know as soon as possible and we will make up for it. If the product you received was damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, we will need you to contact us at within 4 weeks of receiving the product, providing photos that provide evidence of our mistake, and as soon as our team verify the information we will be happy to exchange the product at no cost.

If you give up on your order after you’ve placed it, you need to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that our tees are printed to order according to the customer’s specifications, so it takes a while for us to get it ready, in average 2-5 business days. If we receive a cancellation request before we start fulfilling your order, you will be completely refunded for any payment you made for it. However, if your product is already on the way, we will not be able to make any changes, cancellations or refunds regarding it.
